Dailymotion

The MAD team designed Dailymotion’s entire space at the corner of 5th Avenue and 20th Street, in the heart of Silicon Alley. The design integrates iconic New York imagery with environmental graphics. The entry hall is highlighted by a felt cutout of the Dailymotion logo. The open workstation areas have felt installations that use Dailymotion’s blue color and mimic a pixelated image of the Statue of Liberty. For the three conference rooms, we used the old broadcast interruption display as a screen against the glass walls to create privacy. A felt curtain in the game room adds texture to the space. The felt motif acoustically dampens and aesthetically warms the workspace.
